Now, I want to say a quick word on how to get revenge from a bad tackle and at the same time, create a lot of space for the rest of the game. The next time you’re the victim of a nasty tackle - and by nasty I mean nasty, not a fair tackle or even a hard tackle, but the kind when the opponent only had one thing in mind, taking you out – take it easy and get up (well if you can) and play on. If he (the hypocrite) offers his hand, shake it. However, next time you have the ball, and that same guy comes in front of you, kick the ball as hard as you can in his nuts!
Why, aim for his groin area, you may ask? Well because it’s the best revenge you can get on a soccer field. First, the referee will not call a foul on you; he may whistle the play down depending on how accurate and devastating the blow was, but that’s all. Secondly, it is a very satisfying feeling to see your recent tormentor on the ground in agony. Thirdly, you can rest assure, that next time you have the ball, that player will give you a lot more space and time to make your play. Finally, while it may look like a random accident, everyone will know what it was really all about; you just sent a clear message, play me wrong, and it’s a ball in your nuts!
Now, some words of caution, some opponents may have an adverse reaction and (maybe) try to punch you. So, take it from my personal experience, use this fulfilling revenge tactic at your own risk.
