In This World Cup I hope

To see beautiful play and insane moves! I want to see C. Ronaldo fully express himself, I want to see Zidane prove for one last time that he was the most electrifying midfielder of the past decade and Ronaldhino prove that he is the most electrifying midfielder of the present decade (and perhaps the best ever), I want to see Karimi, Dempsey, Robben, Kaka, Messi, Fabregas, Schweinsteiger, and cie explode and showcase their brio to the whole world!
To see incredible goals! I want to see the burst of speeds of Thierry Henry, the thunderous shots of Schevchenko and Adriano, the step over of Ronaldo, the magnificent controls of Van Nistelrooy, the headers of Toni and Klose, the amazing runs of Rooney and Baros, the strength of Drogba, the scoring instinct of Pauleta and Raul, the finesse of Ibrahimovic…
To see breathtaking saves by Van der Sar, Buffon, Casillas, Dida, Lehman, Cech and the rest…
Not to see foul play, disgracing acts (Totti), divers and cheaters (Rivaldo), games ruined by bad refereeing…
In this World Cup, I hope I’m reminded once more why I love this game so much.
